The shower door in the suite leaked badly and there was an unpleasant surprise with previous occupants' clothes left in the dresser. The balcony door jammed, creating a hassle with securing the suite, and the kitchen lacked essential items like coffee filters, making coffee time more of a chore than a pleasure.

Great room but check-in was rough
We stayed for a night in a one-bedroom suite. The upgrade was cool, but the check-in was a real bummer. Took forever, and we heard other guests venting too. The bar area was nice for grabbing a drink after. At 1:30am, though, some neighbors were partying way too loud. Overall, it was decent but could use some work.

We had a nice surprise when our room was HUGE! Full kitchen with all the essentials, even a jacuzzi! The electric fireplace was a nice touch. Plus, the area was quiet, perfect for some peace!
